Pizarro ISP July 28th 2019 Update

July Invoices will be issued tomorrow using a rate of 11,921 USD/BTC acquired earlier this month due to the failure to acquire an exchange rate using the auction mechanism earlier this month. Customers may elect to instead be invoiced at the price to be determined during the August auction. August will be the last month where the auction is conducted as a monthly event. Starting September 1st auctions will be done on a weekly basis, since the last update work has been done on the ground to smooth this transition. The reserve will be put to use for the August auction to prevent a repeat situation where an insane spread between markets inside and outside the forum manifests.

One customer has been set up with shared hosting and mp-wp while a new potential customer is interested in a Rockchip.
